The Extras Calendar provides a clear, easy-to-read overview of any additional services or products added to bookings. It shows how many pets are booked to each extra, giving you quick access to detailed reports. This feature is designed to help you manage add-ons efficiently and with ease.
To open the Extras Calendar: Click the Calendar icon located in the top-right navigation bar, then select Extras Calendar from the dropdown menu.
The arrows positioned on either side of the displayed month allow you to toggle forward or backward through the calendar months.
Each tile represents a different Extra Type, based on how you've configured them in your system settings.
For example, Services, Products, Woodland Walks, Grooming and Taxi pickup / Dropoff.
The tile displays the number of pets whose bookings include that Extra.
You can add a quick note to a specific date by selecting the note icon located next to the date. This allows you to capture reminders or additional information that will be visible when viewing the calendar.
Select the note icon.
Enter details and Save.
Once a note has been created, the icon will turn blue. You can hover over the icon to display the note’s message.
To view more information for any Extra item, simply click directly on the tile.
This action will open a list of bookings for that day, showing pet and customer details connected to that Extra.
For example - Van Pickup > Click on Tile.
This opens the report linked to the selected Extra.
From this report you can - Sort, Search and choose a certain date range to view bookings, and export this list. You can also assign a staff member (dependant on your settings).
Edit, cancel, or mark the Extra as complete,
View specific sites in Multi Site mode, using the filter option and selecting the desired Location from the list that appears top left.
View by pet type
Include Cancelled extras by toggling on the button top right,
Select the blue booking number in the list to view the full booking details.
