What is an Email Template?
An Email Template is a reusable layout that helps you quickly create and send consistent messages to your customers. It’s commonly used for things like promotions, booking confirmations, reminders, or general updates.
What You Can Do with a Template:
- Save time by reusing pre-written content and design.
- Maintain consistent branding across all your emails.
- Customize as needed before sending with each campaign.
- Standardize communication for different types of messages (e.g. follow-ups, offers, or reminders).
Example:
Running a seasonal promo? Use your pre-designed email template, update the details, and send it to your customer list in minutes.
How to access Templates:
From the Intro Dashboard click on 'Email Templates'.
This panel displays your saved templates, shows whether they’re active, and gives you the option to deactivate, edit or delete them. Use the search bar in the top-left corner to quickly find a template, and the toggle in the top-right to show inactive templates.
- Title - The name of your template, used to identify it in your records.
- Active - Indicates whether the item is currently in use or available for selection.
- Actions - Options to manage the item—such as view, edit, duplicate, or delete.
-
Sort - You can sort your list by clicking and dragging items—your cursor will change shape when it's ready to move the item.
If you choose to edit an existing template, the template builder will open, allowing you to make changes and click Save to update. If you are only wanting to edit the Title name, this can be done from this screen without having to edit the whole template. Simply click on the title name and this function will appear. Click on the Tick when you have made your changes.
Create an Email Template:
If you’re creating a brand new promotion and feel a new template is needed, simply click ‘Add Email Template’ in the top-right corner of the screen.
This will open the template builder, where you can name and customise your template. From here, you can choose colours, fonts, images, and layout to suit your brand and message.
- Title (required) - The internal name of your template, used to help you identify it in your list of templates (not visible to customers).
- Subject (required) - The email subject line that will appear in your customer’s inbox when the email is sent.
-
Edit Pane - The area where you build and customise your email content—add text, images, buttons, and adjust styling.
-
Preview Pane - Displays a live preview of your email as you edit, showing how the final email will appear to recipients.
-
View as Desktop - Simulates how your email will look on a desktop screen, helping you adjust layout and formatting accordingly.
-

This function ensures you can easily build and customise your email by dragging elements like text, images, buttons, and more into your template. Just click, drag to where you want it, and drop—no coding or design skills needed!
Content - Add a block of text—perfect for writing messages, headings, or descriptions.
Button - Insert a clickable button that links to a webpage, booking form, or special offer.
Image - Upload or insert an image to visually enhance your email (e.g., logo, product, or banner).
Divider - Add a horizontal line to separate sections and improve visual flow.
Spacer - Insert blank space between elements to control layout and breathing room.
Column - Split your content into multiple columns for a more structured layout.
Container - Group multiple elements (text, buttons, images) into one section for easier styling and layout control.
Once you have completed your Marketing Template, you are able to either Save, Send Preview, or go Back.
This panel allows you how to manage your template.
- Save – saves template.
- Send Preview – to test how it looks before sending.
- Back – to return to the previous screen without saving changes.
Now that you’ve created your email template, you're ready to use it in your campaigns!
This reusable layout helps you send consistent, branded emails faster. When creating a new campaign, just select your saved template to streamline the process and maintain a professional look.
