What is an Email Campaign?
An Email Campaign allows you to send a single message to many customers at once. It's commonly used for things like promotions, announcements, or reminders.
What You Can Do with a Campaign:
- Create a custom message (e.g. special offers, service updates)
- Choose who it goes to (all customers, or specific lists)
- Send it in bulk—no need to message each person individually
- Track performance (see who opened the email, clicked links, or unsubscribed)
Example:
Running a promotion next month? Use a campaign to email all your customers at once with the details.
To access Email Templates in Pet Manager, click on Tools in the top menu, then Email Marketing.
From the Intro Dashboard click on 'Email Campaigns'.
This area displays information about campaigns you’ve already created and sent, and it’s also where you can access your draft campaigns and view previously sent campaigns. Use the search bar in the top-left corner to quickly find a campaign, and the dropdown in the top-right to adjust how many entries are shown on screen.

This panel shows the estimated number of customers your campaign will be sent to and how many marketing credits you currently have available.
Please note: If you do not have enough credits the marketing campaign will not be able to be sent. In this case please purchase another marketing credit pack.
This panel allows you how to manage your campaign.
- Send – to deliver your email to the selected list.
- Send Preview – to test how it looks before sending.
- Save Draft – to come back and finish later.
- Back – to return to the previous screen without saving changes.
You're all set to send your campaign!
