Seasons allow you to define a date range and assign it a specific season type (e.g., Peak, Public Holiday).
You can use them to set a minimum stay length (boarding only), as well as to manage pricing rules and deposit requirements.

To manage your Seasons, got to Settings > Customization.
Then click Seasons in the left side menu.
Adding a New Seasons

To add a new Season click on the button top left.
Name – The label assigned to the season. This name will appear on the invoice line item.
Start – the start date of the season (inclusive).
End – Enter the first day of the season. This date is included in the season range.
Location - Select the site to which the Season applies (available only when using the Multi‑Site feature).
Customer Type - Choose a customer type (e.g., Standard, VIP, Pensioner) to restrict this Season to that group. Leave blank to apply the Season to all customers.
Season Type – Select the type of season. -This can be used in pricing calculations.
Min Nights – Specifies the minimum number of nights for bookings (boarding only).
If this is set, boarding bookings that cross this season range must be at least this number of nights.
Min Nights Charge – Specifies the minimum number of nights to charge (boarding only).
If this is set, boarding bookings that cross this season range will always be charged at least this number of nights.
Min Nights Charge Weekend – Specifies the minimum number of nights to charge for weekend bookings (boarding only).
If this is set, boarding bookings that cross this season range and cross a weekend (Saturday or Sunday) will always be charged at least this number of nights.
Once edited press the button.
Seasons Overview
The table displays all Seasons — current and past. From here, you can easily update season names and dates.
From the edit button, you can either Clone Next Year or Delete.
