Lead Sources are the channels or methods through which potential customers first discover or connect with your business. Tracking these sources helps you see where leads originate, measure which channels are most effective, and refine your marketing efforts for better results

To create a new Lead Source, go to Settings > Customization.
Then click Lead Sources from the left side menu.
Adding a Lead Source
To add a new Lead Source click on the button top right.
Name - Defines how the Lead Source will be labelled. Example; Facebook, Website or Word of Mouth.
Once edited press the button.
Lead Source Overview
This table shows all your Lead Sources in one place. You can update the names and quickly check how many customers have come through each source.
To edit a Source click on the button at the end of each line entry.
To delete a Source click on the arrow next to Edit.
Customers - The customer count shows how many customers have come through each source and will include inactive customers.
Viewing Customers Linked to a Source
Select the number to see all customers associated with that Lead Source. You can also find these customers anytime by going to Customers > Find Customers.
Click on the filter button top right to view the search options.
From the Select Lead Source menu, pick the source to see the customer data linked to it.
Additional filters are available to refine your results, and you can also print or export the data to Excel or CSV files
