Managing staff schedules for the upcoming week helps you organise your rosters more effectively. Seeing how much time is needed in each Area—such as daily reception coverage—can be especially useful. This section lets you set those timings for Reception in advance.

To manage the Reception Hours go to Settings > Customization.
Then navigate to Reception Hours in the left side menu.
Reception Hours Overview
This table shows the daily time allocated to the reception area, displayed in minutes. You can easily adjust the time for each day, or use the Edit and Delete options to make changes.
To update the minutes, click the underlined number, enter the new value, then use the blue tick to save your changes.
Edit or Delete.
When using Multi-Sites, you can filter by location using the Select Location option at the top left. This will display the time settings for that specific site.
Adding a New Reception Hour
To add a new time setting got to the top right.
Location - Choose the location where the time allocation applies. If left blank, the time will apply to all locations. (for Multi-Site users).
Day - Select the specific day for which this time allocation applies.
Time - Specify the daily coverage duration (in minutes) required for the reception area.
Once edited press the Button on the bottom right of screen.
Viewing Allocated Times
To view allocated times going forward - Go to Reports > Bookings > Staff Allocation Times.
To view time allocations by location, use the button top right to select the relevant site.
Then, use the Select Location dropdown to choose the location you want to view. (If no location is selected, the times allocations for all locations will be shown combined).
Use the date picker to choose the range of dates you want to view.
From this screen, you can print the data or export it as an Excel or CSV file
