Special Hours let you adjust your opening times for specific dates, such as public holidays or one-off events. Rather than editing your standard schedule, you can set Special Hours. For instance, on New Year’s Day you might choose to open only in the afternoon for pickups. This ensures your customers always see the most accurate hours.
In This Article
To manage your Special Hours go to Settings > Customisation.
Then navigate to Special Hours in the left side menu.
Add Special Hours
Click the "+Add Special Hour" button top right.
Name - Enter a clear label for the Special Hour that reflex's the purpose.
Date - Select the specific date when the adjusted hours should apply. (Only one date can be selected)
Start Time - Enter the time when the adjusted hours should begin.
End Time - Enter the time when the adjusted hours should end.
Special Hour Block Type -
There are 2 options,
Allow Checkins/Checkouts - Enables you to set special opening hours on a day when your business is normally closed.
Block Checkins/Checkouts - Enables you to block out part of your usual opening hours on a day when your business is normally open.
Active - When ticked, the Special Hours are enabled and will take effect as configured
Once edited press the Save button bottom right .
Example
If you are normally open from 8am-5pm on New Years Day but only wish to be open from 2pm-5pm on that day.
Here are the settings you could use to achieve that.
In this scenario we are blocking 8am-2pm so whatever time is remaining in the normal opening hours for that day will still be available.
Add Multiple Dates for Special Hours
If you need to apply the same special hours across multiple dates, use Bulk Special Hours. This allows you to set consistent times once and apply them to several days at once.
Click the "+Bulk Special Hours" button
Enter the settings as you would for the Special Hours option above. However, with the date picker you can select multiple dates, allowing the same hours to be applied across several days.
Example:
If you have several dates where your business is only open in the afternoon, you can select all of those dates in a single entry.
Special Hours Overview
After creating a new Special Hour, it will appear in the Overview Panel. From here, you can quickly edit key settings such as the Name, Date, Start, and End Time. You can also enable or disable the Active status by selecting the checkbox.

The following features enables you to;
Edit or Delete.
View Past entries.
View Inactive entries.
Delete a selected number of entries.
Selecting multiple entries by using the select box to the left of each line entry.
Search by Name or Date
