Pet Manager includes a system for collect reviews for customers who have completed bookings with you facility.
Reviews are able to be completed with a link on the booking. You can click the link and hand a tablet or iPad to the client to complete the review specific to their booking.
You can also send a "Departure" email to your clients with a custom link to complete the review for their completed booking. The departure email is normally sent a few days after checkout of the booking.
The Reviews dashboard allows you to view an overiew of the reviews you have received.
The tiles on the left include:
- Bookings (Today) - Bookings that have had a review completed today.
- Bookings (30 Days) - Bookings that have had a review completed in the past 30 days.
- Alert - Any pet that is in-house and has information in their alert notes field will be included here.
- Taxi Pickup - This is a list of the taxi pickups still to be completed today. The number will update every day after midnight.
