The Pet Alerts page allows you to view any alerts that have been flagged for a pet that will be joining you. You can review alerts for today or select a future date to see any upcoming pets that may require attention.
By checking this information ahead of time, you can prepare appropriately, whether that involves managing group placements, monitoring behaviour, or following any specific instructions provided. The Pet Alerts page is designed to give you quick, reliable access to the details you need to support each pet’s safety, comfort, and wellbeing during their stay.
To view the Pet Alerts page from Bookings navigate to Transport & Notes > Pet Alerts
You can also configure your dashboard to display a live tile, giving you quick and easy access.
The blue text on this page is clickable and will take you directly to the corresponding information. E.g. Booking reference will take you to the Booking, Pets name will take you to the pets profile.
Using the date picker, select the date you wish to view.
From this page, you can quickly view all key details at a glance, including:

Booking Reference & Area Type along with an indication of whether the booking is part of a group booking or a repeating cycle. If there is an Alert associated with the customer’s profile, it will also appear in this section.
- Customer name, reference and type
- Pet’s name, photo and tags
- Breed and animal type
- Service booked
- Location, when using multi‑site plans
- Pet Alerts
By clicking the + icon on the far left of the entry, you can view the additional information for the pet along with the checkin and checkout dates and times.
From each entry, you can:
- View the booking
- View the booking group if applicable
- Edit the booking
- Edit the Notes
The Search bar lets you quickly look up a pet.
To help you search efficiently use information like:
- Booking Ref
- Customers Name
- Pets Name
Click the Filter icon in the top right corner to open the filtering menus, where you can narrow your search using specific criteria.
Select Animal Type - Enables you to filter by Pet Type.
Select Location - Enables you to filter by location when using the multi location plans.
Select Area - Enables you to filter by Area Type such as Daycare, Boarding or Grooming.
Select Item Type - Enables you to filter by the different Item Types you may have set up within each Area Type.
Select Tag - Enables you to filter bookings that have any pets with a specific tag.
Select Customer Type - Enables you to filter by Customer Type.
Select Vet - Enables you to filter pets looked after by specific vets.
Select Exclude Vet - Enables you to filter pets that are not looked after by specific vets.
You can also add a new booking by selecting the button top right.
If you want to show more or fewer entries on the page, use the Show Entries dropdown in the top‑right corner.
The system defaults to showing 10 entries to help reduce server load, but you can increase this up to 5,000 entries if needed.
You can also export the displayed data in different formats at any time for reporting or backup purposes:
Excel – Exports the data to a Microsoft Excel (.xlsx) file, ideal for sorting, filtering, and advanced data manipulation.
CSV – Downloads the data as a Comma-Separated Values (.csv) file, useful for importing into other software or databases.
Print – Generates a printer-friendly version of the current data for easy hard-copy reference or record-keeping.
Just a heads-up when you're ready to print or export: the system will only include the entries currently visible on your screen.
To ensure you get your full list, please remember to adjust the "Show Entries" dropdown to reflect the total number of records you need before clicking export.
