Whether you offer a small selection of retail items or run a more extensive shop alongside your services, the POS can be configured to match your workflow
This feature is also connected to the sale of packages and tokens, allowing you to manage both physical products and service‑based items.

The Retail feature is available as an add‑on service. To enable see here: Enabling the Retail Addon
To manage your Retail Settings go to Settings > Retail
Then navigate to Retail Settings in the left side menu.
POS
Pos Expandable Categories - If enabled while creating your Product Categories, this option lets you build a hierarchical system with nested categories.

Food - (Parent Category)

Pos Scanning - Enable this setting if you intend to use a barcode scanner with the POS Terminal.
Pos Default Page (Required) - This setting controls which view is shown by default when you access the POS home screen, based on the option you select.
- All - Shows every product you have available.
- Highlighted - Displays any products you’ve starred, such as items on promotion.
- Recently Sold - Shows the products that were sold most recently.
Instore Dispatch Method (Required) - The dispatch method selected here determines which products will appear on the POS Terminal home page.
Stock
Default Auto Sku (Stock Keeping Unit) - Enable this setting to have the system create a unique SKU for each new product. When active, users will not be able to enter SKUs manually.
Default Manage Stock - Enable this setting to have the system automatically select the Manage Stock option for all new products. This ensures stock quantities are tracked from the moment the product is created, supporting accurate inventory management. Users can still change this option manually if needed.
Tax
Default Tax Shipping Fee - When enabled, tax will automatically apply to the shipping fee by default. This reflects the amount the customer will pay.
Default Tax Shipping Cost - Enable this setting to apply tax to the shipping cost by default. This refers to the amount the business pays,
Default Tax Purchase Order Items - Enable this setting to apply tax to purchase orders by default.
