A clear product overview makes it easy to find exactly what you need at a glance. With all key details in one place, products are organised into type, brand, and availability, you can also directly view or edit products from this list.
Whether you're managing service packages or retail inventory, this unified view keeps your workflow quick, simple, and consistent.

To view the Find Products page navigate to Retail > Products > Find Products
Find Products Overview
A product can be searched for quickly, by using the search field and entering all or part of the name.
This Overview will show you at a glace the following information:
Image - Shows the product photo used for browsing and identification
Name - Shows the name of the product.
Type - Shows the Product Type assigned to the product.
Categories - Shows the different categories that the product has been associated with.
Brand - Displays the brand of the product.
Availability - Shows the in‑stock quantity for this product.
Variants - Shows the total number of product versions, including inactive ones.
Actions - Provides the option to navigate to the product or edit.
Additional Features
Click the Filter button in the top-right corner to tailor your list. You can then select specific criteria from the dropdown menus that appear on the left.
Select Type - Product Type
Select Category - Product Category by parent or sub-category
Select Brand - Product Brand
You can view inactive products by toggling on the Show Inactive button.
Entries can be sorted using the arrow icons next to the column headers.
Once you’ve filtered the list to display the products you need, you can export to Excel or CSV, or print the list directly using the buttons in the top-right corner.
The number of products that will be printed or exported depends on how many are currently displayed. You can increase this by using the Show Entries options.
From this screen you can also add a new retail product by selecting the button in the top-right corner.
