Enabling the Retail Addon

To enable the Retail addon, go the Account option in the Settings menu.

Then click on Addons in the left menu.

Here you will be offered the Retail Addon price - Please note that these options are specific to your current subscription plan and chosen payment basis (monthly or annual).

Please note: You must be a paid subscriber to our software to use the addon – it cannot be enabled for trial subscriptions.

Billing for the Retail Addon is aligned with your main Pet Manager subscription and begins immediately once the feature is enabled.

Please note that after subscribing, there are a few additional setup steps required to get the most out of the Retail features - such as adding your initial product list.
