Grooming Services are required for all grooming bookings. Setting them up ensures that each booking is linked to the correct service type, which supports accurate scheduling, billing, and reporting. By defining Grooming Services, you also make it easier for staff to select the right option during booking and ensure that pets are matched with appropriately skilled groomers.

Then navigate to Grooming Services in the left side menu.
Grooming Services Overview
The Overview page displays a list of all Grooming Services, allowing quick edits to key fields. You can click directly on the underlined Name to update it, and toggle the Active status and Show Portal.
If multiple prices are configured for the service, the cost field will display “from” followed by the lowest applicable price. This indicates that pricing may vary based on factors such as customer type, size of pet, or package settings.
To make further changes to a Grooming Service, click the Edit button to open the full edit view. If you need to delete a Service, click the dropdown arrow next to Edit and choose Delete from the menu.
Services cannot be deleted if they have bookings associated, so they must be made inactive instead.
To view inactive Services, toggle the Show Inactive switch to the on position. This will display all Services that are currently marked as inactive within the Overview list.
