Pet Manager provides a simple stock adjustment process to bring your inventory records back in line with the actual stock you have on hand. When items are damaged, missing, miscounted, or even out of date this process helps you identify the discrepancy, document the reason for the change, and update the system so it reflects the correct quantity.

To view and add a Stock Adjustment navigate to Retail > Stock Management > Stock Adjustments
Stock Adjustment Overview
On the Overview page, you can see at a glance the adjustments that have been made. This includes the adjustment reference, the location, the reason for the adjustment, how many items were included, and the date it was created.
To view the full adjustment details select the button to the right of the entry.
You can use the search field to quickly narrow down the list. by entering in the reference number, a location, or even the reason for the adjustment to filter the results.
You can use the filter button to narrow the list by creation date. Simply switch on the Filter Created toggle, then choose your date range using the calendar options in the top‑right corner.
Entries can be sorted using the arrow icons next to the column headers.
When the view displays the entries you want to manage, you can export the list to Excel or CSV, or print it directly using the buttons located in the top‑right corner.
The number of entries that will be printed or exported depends on how many are currently displayed. You can increase this by using the Show Entries options.
Adding a Stock Adjustment
You can add a new Stock Adjustment with the button to the top-right of the page.
Reason - Select the reason for the adjustment from the dropdown menu provided.
Notes - A free‑text field where you can add any details or explanations related to the adjustment.
Location - When working across multiple sites, choose the location where the stock was held or recorded.
Product - Select the product or specific variant that the adjustment applies to.
Adjustment Amount - Enter the quantity of stock that needs to be adjusted. For negative values, place the minus sign at the beginning.
To add different products select the to open additional fields.
Once Completed
Once you finish the process, the system will take you straight to the Stock Adjustment details so you can review everything.
Stock adjustments can also be created directly from the product variant. Navigate to the Manage Stock tab and select the button to the right of the location that requires a stock update.
