Pet Manager’s stock transfer feature lets you move items from one site to another whenever stock needs to be redistributed. This is especially helpful when one location is overstocked and another is running low. By using a stock transfer, you keep your inventory records accurate, maintain balanced stock levels across all sites, and ensure each location has the products it needs to operate effectively.

Stock Transfers Overview
The Overview page provides a clear snapshot of all stock transfers. It displays the transfer reference, the originating and destination locations, the number of items included, the date the transfer was created, and the date it was received.
To view the full transfer details select the button to the right of the entry.
The search field allows you to quickly refine the list. Enter either the transfer reference or the location to display only the relevant entries.
You can use the filter button to narrow the list by received date. Simply switch on the Filter Received toggle, then choose your date range using the calendar options in the top‑right corner.
Entries can be sorted using the arrow icons next to the column headers.
You can export the list to Excel or CSV, or print it directly using the buttons located in the top‑right corner.
The number of entries that will be printed or exported depends on how many are currently displayed. You can increase this by using the Show Entries options.
Adding a Stock Transfer
You can add a new Stock Transfer with the button to the top-right of the page.
Notes - A free‑text field where you can add any details or explanations related to the transfer.
From Location - The originating site for the transfer. Select the location where the stock is currently held before it is moved to another site.
To Location - The destination site for the transfer. Select the location that will receive the stock once it has been moved from the originating site.
Product - Select the product or specific variant that the transfer applies to.
Transfer Amount - Enter the quantity of stock that needs to be transferred.
To add different products select the to open additional fields.
Once Completed
Once you finish the process, the system will take you straight to the Stock Transfer details so you can review everything.
To confirm the stock has been received and update the available units on the product variant, select the button located in the top‑right corner.
To delete the stock transfer, select the arrow located beside the Receive Transfer button. Deleting the transfer reverses the movement and returns all stock quantities to their original levels prior to the transfer being created.
To reverse the stock transfer, select the arrow located beside the Receive Transfer button. This action opens a new transfer form, enabling you to record the stock being moved back to its original location.
The transfer will also be recorded under the appropriate product variant, and the system will update the available units to reflect the new stock availability, ensuring your inventory remains accurate across all locations.
