The Extras report tracks add-on services, products, and transport options added to bookings within a selected date range. It categorizes each item by its Extra Type, total Applied Days and overall Applied Amount generated. Featuring customizable date parameters, a search bar, and quick export actions (Print, Excel, CSV), this report helps managers evaluate add-on revenue streams, analyse popular add-on choices, and optimize pricing or service offerings.
To access the Extras Report, go to Reports > Extras > Extras.
Using the date pickers, select the start and end dates for the period you want to review.
This report displays the number of times that an Extra was applied to a booking between the selected dates.
It includes:
- Extra (Name)
- Extra Type
- Applied Days - Number of days the extra had been applied.
- Applied Amount - The combined monetary value of the extras added to the bookings during the selected period.
The Search bar lets you quickly look up Extras.
To help you search efficiently use information like:
- Extra Name
- Extra Type
Click the Filter icon in the top right corner to open the filtering menu, where you can narrow your search by location when using the multi location plans.
You can also export the displayed data in different formats at any time for reporting or backup purposes:
Print – Generates a printer-friendly version of the current data for easy hard-copy reference or record-keeping.
Excel – Exports the data to a Microsoft Excel (.xlsx) file, ideal for sorting, filtering, and advanced data manipulation.
CSV – Downloads the data as a Comma-Separated Values (.csv) file, useful for importing into other software or databases.
