The Vaccinations Expiring report tracks pets whose immunization records are set to lapse within a selected date range. It details essential compliance information, including the pet's name (and behavioral tags), owner details, the specific vaccination type, the date it was administered, and the official Renewal Date. Quick-preset buttons (Past 6 Months, Next Month, Next 3 Months) and custom date fields let you easily filter records, while built-in export tools (Print, Excel, CSV) help you generate outreach lists to remind clients to update their pet's health records before upcoming stays.
To access the Pet Birthdays Report, go to Reports > Pets > Vaccinations Expiring.
Using the date pickers, select the start and end dates for the period you want to review. Once you’ve chosen your dates, the report will update to show all pets who have a vaccination expiring within your selected range.
| Note: This report only includes vaccinations expiring within the selected date range. It will not show records that expired prior to this range. |
Selecting one of the pre-defined time range options (Past 6 Months, Next Month, Next 3 Months) will automatically populate the date range fields.
