The Stripe Customers report allows you to view whether a customer has ever added a payment method in Stripe. It displays customer names, assigned customer types, and a clear indicator showing whether each client profile is linked to an active card. Using the top dropdown filter, you can easily toggle between views to hide Stripe customers, show all customers, or view Only Stripe Customers. With the search bar and export features (Print, Excel, CSV), this page helps you audit online payment setup, track client onboarding for automatic billing, and identify profiles that require credit card integration.
To access the Stripe Customers Report, go to Reports > Customers > Stripe Customers.
The blue text on this page is clickable and will take you directly to the corresponding information. e.g. customers name will take you to the customers profile.
From this page you can view the customer details.
The report will populate with.

Click the Filter icon in the top right corner to open the filtering menus, where you can narrow your search using specific criteria.
Hide Stripe Customers: Shows only customers who have never added a payment method in Stripe.
Show Stripe Customers: Shows all customers (with or without a payment method in Stripe).
Only Stripe Customers: Shows only customers who have added a payment method in Stripe.
| Important: This report is not designed to show whether customers have current payment details. To view credit card information, go to the customer’s profile and open the Stripe tab, where you can see the last four digits of each stored card, the expiry date, and set the default card if multiple payment methods are saved. |
If you want to show more or fewer entries on the page, use the Show Entries dropdown in the top‑right corner.
The system defaults to showing 10 entries to help reduce server load, but you can increase this up to 5,000 entries if needed.
You can also export the displayed data in different formats at any time for reporting or backup purposes:
Print – Generates a printer-friendly version of the current data for easy hard-copy reference or record-keeping.
Excel – Exports the data to a Microsoft Excel (.xlsx) file, ideal for sorting, filtering, and advanced data manipulation.
CSV – Downloads the data as a Comma-Separated Values (.csv) file, useful for importing into other software or databases.
Just a heads-up when you're ready to print or export: the system will only include the entries currently visible on your screen.
To ensure you get your full list, please remember to adjust the "Show Entries" dropdown to reflect the total number of records you need before clicking export.
