The Customer Invoiced report provides a detailed summary of the total amount invoiced for each customer within the selected date range. All invoices issued during the period are grouped by customer, and the report calculates the combined total billed to each one. This allows you to quickly assess individual customer value, review revenue distribution across your client base, and identify your highest‑billing customers for the selected timeframe. It also offers a clear snapshot of overall invoicing activity, making it easier to track trends, monitor performance, and support financial reporting or decision‑making.
To access the Customer Invoiced Report, go to Reports > Customers > Customer Invoiced.
Using the date pickers, select the start and end dates for the period you want to review. Once the dates are chosen, the report will display the total invoiced for each customer between the selected dates.
The blue text on this page is clickable and will take you directly to the corresponding information. e.g. customers name will take you to the customers profile.
From this page, you can quickly view all key details at a glance, including:
- Customers Name and Number
- Pets
- Email address
- Total Invoiced
- Overall Total invoice for the period selected
The Search bar lets you quickly look up a booking.
To help you search efficiently use information like:

Click the Filter icon in the top right corner to open the filtering menu, where you can narrow your search by location if using the multi site plans.
If you want to show more or fewer entries on the page, use the Show Entries dropdown in the top‑right corner.
The system defaults to showing 10 entries to help reduce server load, but you can increase this up to 5,000 entries if needed.
You can also export the displayed data in different formats at any time for reporting or backup purposes:
Print – Generates a printer-friendly version of the current data for easy hard-copy reference or record-keeping.
Excel – Exports the data to a Microsoft Excel (.xlsx) file, ideal for sorting, filtering, and advanced data manipulation.
CSV – Downloads the data as a Comma-Separated Values (.csv) file, useful for importing into other software or databases.
Just a heads-up when you're ready to print or export: the system will only include the entries currently visible on your screen.
To ensure you get your full list, please remember to adjust the "Show Entries" dropdown to reflect the total number of records you need before clicking export.
