Payment Method - Report

A Payment Method Report helps track how customers are paying (e.g., card, bank transfer, PayPal), making it easier to reconcile finances, understand customer preferences, and manage processing fees.

Transactions for each Payment Method can be viewed in a Payment Method Report.

To access this report, go to:  Reports > Financials >Payment Methods

If you have multiple sites, the report allows you to filter by location. Click the blue filter button in the top-right corner, then use the 'Select Location' dropdown that appears.

To view data for a specific date range, use the calendars in the top-right corner to select your start and end dates.

The data can also be exported as Excel or CSV files.
