Hydrotherapy Session Types

Hydrotherapy Sessions have a specific Hydrotherapy Session Type. We introduced Hydrotherapy Session Types to provide a way to group Hydrotherapy Sessions by a Session Type Name, allowing customers to easily find all the Hydrotherapy Sessions of a particular type on the customer portal.

Previously, in the customer portal, each date would need to be clicked in order to show the different sessions available. Now a Hydrotherapy Session Type can be pre-selected and all of the dates where those sessions are available will appear on the calendar.

Access Hydrotherapy Session Types

To access Training Session Types go to the Settings > Courses, Sessions & Service and then Hydrotherapy Session Types from the left hand column.

Hydrotherapy Session Types

Show all existing Training Session Types.

The table on this page allows you to view, edit and delete existing Hydrotherapy Session Types. 

You can click on the underlined Name, Start Time, End Time and Active buttons to edit those fields. To edit other information press the Edit button. A delete option is available by click the dropdown next to Edit. 

You can toggle showing or hiding inactive Hydrotherapy Session Types with the Show Inactive switch. 

You can add a new Hydrotherapy Session Type with the Add Session Type button in the top-right.

Add Hydrotherapy Session Type

Use this form to add a new Hydrotherapy Session Type. It includes the following information:

• Name - Name of the Hydrotherapy session type
• Description - Description of what is included in this Hydrotherapy Session Type
• Start Time - Default Start Time for new Sessions
• End Time - Default End Time for new Sessions
• Walking Type - The type of walk. New types can be added with the button
• Active - Whether this Hydrotherapy Session Type is active and selectable when adding Hydrotherapy Sessions

Each Hydrotherapy Session Type can contain multiple prices for different customer types.

To add a new price press the Add Price button. The pricing includes the following information:

• Customer Type - The customer type to associate with this price. You can leave it blank to apply to all customer types
• Session Cost - The cost for an individual session. 
• Tokens - The cost in tokens for this pricing. Leave this blank if you are not utilising tokens/packages for individual sessions. 

Utilising Hydrotherapy Session Types

Walking Session Types are utilised when adding Hydrotherapy Sessions

Select the Hydrotherapy Session Type you wish to use for this Walking Session.

You can also add new Hydrotherapy Session Types from this screen by pressing the blue + button.
