Pet Manager includes built‑in automated email templates that are sent to your customers whenever Stripe reports the outcome of a payment. These emails help keep your customers informed without you needing to manually follow up.
To access the automated email settings, go to Settings >Emails, Sms & Wordings.
Then navigate to Email in the left side menu
From the Automation tab,
Scroll down to the Invoice section and look for the Stripe Payment Received. To have the system send payment confirmations, tick the checkbox labelled Send Automatically. By default the updated Invoice will be attached to the email.
To have the system send a notification when a payment fails, tick the “Send Automatically” checkbox under Stripe Automated Payment Failed. This email template gives you the option to attach the invoice.
The wording on the email templates can be edited by navigating to the Invoice Template tab.
then selecting edit on the template you wish to update.
