Booking extras are products or services that are offered (usually for an additional fee) to complement a booking such as a Taxi Service, Administering Medication or Hydrobath.
You can configure the extras and their prices by going to Extras in Customization Settings.
Extras can be added to a booking during its creation or using the blue “Add Extra” button in the Extras tab after the booking is created.
Booking Extra Fields
- Extra – select the extra you wish to add to the booking.
- Notes – add any additional notes here related to the extra.
Booking-linked extras will be charged for each day of the booking. If the extra is not booking-linked, you will be prompted to select the date(s) to create extras for.

Applied Type - here you can select the method for selecting the extra dates.
- Specific Dates – this allows you to choose one or more specific dates.

Date Range – this allows you to choose specific days within a range.
- Additional dates can be selected using the date picker, or using the +/- buttons.
- Override Date – this allows you to choose dates other than the checkin/checkout dates (taxi extras only).
- Applied Time – choose the time for applying the extra.
Single charge extras will be applied (once) to the entire booking. If the extra is multiple charge, you will be prompted to select the pet(s) to create extras for.
