Having a clear view of all suppliers, and being able to quickly find the right one, ensures teams can access accurate contact details without delay. This supports faster communication and helps prevent hold‑ups in the procurement cycle. Quick access to key contacts, phone numbers, and email addresses also makes it easier to follow up on orders and resolve queries efficiently.

Find Suppliers Overview
You can quickly find a Supplier by typing the supplier’s name or account number into the search field. Even a partial supplier name will bring up matching results.
This list will show you at a glace the following information:
Name - Displays the suppliers name and account number, shown in blue so you can click straight into the account.
Phone Number - Displays the suppliers phone number.
Address - Displays the suppliers address.
Email - Displays the supplier’s email address as an interactive hyperlink, enabling immediate access to your default email application.
Products - Displays how many products are associated with the supplier including inactive one.
Actions -Provides the option to navigate to the suppliers account or edit.
Additional Features
From this screen you can add a new supplier by selecting the button in the top-right corner.
Entries can be sorted using the arrow icons next to the column headers.
You can export the list to Excel or CSV, or print it directly using the buttons located in the top‑right corner.
The number of suppliers that will be printed or exported depends on how many are currently displayed. You can increase this by using the Show Entries options.
