Having a clear view of all purchase orders, and being able to quickly locate a specific one, helps teams manage supplier communication efficiently and prevent delays in the procurement cycle. It also provides instant visibility of payment status and the current stage of each order, supporting timely follow‑up and ensuring all required actions are completed.

To view the Find Purchase Orders page navigate to Retail > Purchase Orders > Find Purchase Orders
Find Purchase Orders Overview
You can quickly find any purchase order by typing the order reference or the supplier’s name into the search field. Even a partial supplier name will bring up matching results.
This list will show you at a glace the following information:

| A purchase order is flagged as completed when all items have been recorded as Procured (received). This status applies even if the related invoice or bill remains partially unpaid. |
# - The Purchase Order reference number, shown in blue so you can click straight into the order.
Supplier - Displays the suppliers name and account number, shown in blue so you can click straight into the account.
Sent - Indicates whether the purchase order has been emailed to the supplier.
Invoiced - Indicates whether an invoice has been created for the purchase order.
Paid - Specifies whether payment has been completed for the purchase order.
Procured - Indicates whether the items on the purchase order have been received.
Status - Shows you the progress of the order.
Created - Displays the date the order was created.
Actions - Provides options to navigate to and view the selected purchase order.
Additional Features
From this screen you can add a new purchase order by selecting the button in the top-right corner.
Using the filter button, you can tailor the selection by selecting the different options from the dropdown menus that appear on the left.

To filter orders by their creation date, turn on the toggle and select the date range you want to search within by using the calendar options in the top‑right corner.
Entries can be sorted using the arrow icons next to the column headers.
When the view displays the orders you want to manage, you can export the list to Excel or CSV, or print it directly using the buttons located in the top‑right corner.
The number of orders that will be printed or exported depends on how many are currently displayed. You can increase this by using the Show Entries options.
