Having an overview of all your sales orders, and being able to quickly locate a specific one, helps teams respond to customer sales faster and avoid fulfilment delays. It also makes it easy to check payment status and see exactly which stage the order is in, allowing you to follow up promptly and complete any outstanding requirements.

To view the Find Sales Orders page navigate to Retail > Find Sales Orders.
Find Sales Orders Overview
The order can be searched for quickly, by using the search field and entering the order reference, the customer’s name, or the customer’s account number.
This overview will show you at a glance the following information:

# - The Sales Order reference number, shown in blue so you can click straight into the order.
Booking - If the order is linked to a booking, the booking reference number will appear in this column. It’s displayed in blue so you can click it and open the booking directly.
Customer - Displays the customers name and account number, shown in blue so you can click straight into the account.
Invoiced - Indicates the current stage of the invoice within the process.
Paid - Indicates the current stage of the payment within the process.
Packed - Shows you which stage the order is at in the packing process.
Shipped - Shows you which stage the order is at in the shipping process.
Status - Shows you the progress of the order.
Created - Displays the date the order was created.
Actions - Provides the option to navigate to the order or edit.

Your ability to edit the order will change depending on its current status, as certain stages restrict what can be modified Example If the order is Fulfilled, you can only add additional items. If the order is at Finalized, you can amend the quantities of products and add additional items. |
Additional Features
From this screen you can also navigate to the POS Terminal by selecting the button in the top- right corner.
You can also add a new sales order by selecting the button in the top-right corner.
Using the filter button in the top‑right corner, you can tailor the selection by selecting the different options from the dropdown menus that appear on the left.

To filter orders by their creation date, turn on the toggle and select the date range you want to search within by using the calendar options in the top‑right corner.
Entries can be sorted using the arrow icons next to the column headers.
When the view displays the orders you want to manage, you can export the list to Excel or CSV, or print it directly using the buttons located in the top‑right corner.
The number of orders that will be printed or exported depends on how many are currently displayed. You can increase this by using the Show Entries options.
