Pet Manager generates a shipments report for processed orders, offering quick access to the original order and full visibility of orders at the Packed stage, awaiting shipment or already dispatched.
The shipment report follows your pick list and provides a clear, accurate record of all items ready for dispatch. It enables staff to confirm what needs to be shipped, along with any delivery instructions and tracking numbers where applicable.

To view the Order Shipments report navigate to Retail > Sales Orders Reports > Order Shipments.
Order Shipments Overview
The Shipments report will show at a glance:
Order - The Sales Order reference number, shown in blue so you can click straight into the order.
Customer - Displays the customers name and account number, shown in blue so you can click straight into the account.
Items - The specified number of units requested on the order.
Tracking - If the shipment includes tracked postage, the tracking number shows here for your reference.
Dispatch Method - Shows the delivery method e.g. Delivery, Digital or Pickup.
Packed Date - Will show the date when the order was packed and ready for shipment.
Shipped Date - Once the order has been flagged as shipped, the date sent will display here.
Status - Shows whether the order is still at the Packed stage and awaiting shipment, or if it has already been shipped.
Actions - Provides a button to either proceed into the order to complete the shipment process or delete the stage, returning the order to the Pick List report for repacking.
Message - If a message is included in the shipment details, a button will appear on the left. Click to expand the message.
To filter orders by their shipped date, turn on the toggle and select the date range you want to search within by using the calendar options in the top‑right corner.
Entries can be sorted using the arrow icons next to the column headers.
With the filter option button top right, you can easily view the report by selecting the different stages and dispatch methods from the dropdown menus that appear to the left.

Dispatched Method
The order can be searched by using the search field and entering the order reference, the customer’s name, or the customer’s account number.
When the report displays the orders you want to manage, you can export the list to Excel or CSV, or print it directly using the buttons located in the top‑right corner.
The number of orders that will be printed or exported depends on how many are currently displayed. You can increase this by using the Show Entries options.
Completing a Shipment
To complete an order and set its status to Fulfilled and shipped, navigate to the original sales order by clicking the button located to the right of the order entry in the report.
Under the Shipments tab on the sales order, select the button.
Using the date picker, select the date and time the order was Shipped.
The Sales Order will be updated with a date stamp confirming that the products have been dispatched and the status of the order will change to Fulfilled.
You can delete the Shipment by selecting Delete on the right. This will return the Sales Order to the stage where the items need to be packed again and the status will revert back to Finalized.
