What is a Portal Post?
The Customer Portal Post tool allows you to share important updates, announcements, or pet antics directly to your customers’ online portal - the same space where they view bookings, check records, and interact with your business.
What you can do with a Post:
- Keep customers informed with timely updates in one central place.
- Reduce admin load by communicating without calls or emails.
- Promote services and special offers where customers are already active.
- Increase transparency with consistent communication.
- Enhance customer experience with useful, relevant info at their fingertips.
Example Post:
Title: “Easter Holiday Bookings Now Open!”
Message: Planning a getaway? Our Easter boarding spots fill quickly—make sure to book your pet’s stay early to avoid missing out! Book Now.
Start Date: March 1
End Date: March 31
