Pet Manager helps you stay on top of all outstanding and overdue deposits by keeping them clearly visible and easy to review. This allows you to follow up quickly with clients, reduce delays in payment, and maintain accurate, well‑organised financial records across every booking
To view Booking Deposit requests navigate to Bookings > Booking Deposits
The report can also be accessed directly from the main dashboard via customised tiles, if these have been configured to display the relevant tile. This provides quick visibility and easy navigation for deposit tracking.

Deposits Overview
Within the list you can;
Sort chronologically by selecting the arrows above each column
View Deposits Due and Overdue quickly.
To filter bookings by deposit status, click the blue filter button in the top-right corner. Then, choose your desired criteria from the left-hand menu to view bookings with deposits that are Overdue, Due, or Due Less Than 2 Days.
If using the multi site feature, you can select the Location you wish to view. This filters deposit-related information to show only bookings associated with the chosen site.
If deposits are configured for different Area Types, you can filter and view deposit records specific to each area.
From the list you can View Booking, Edit or Delete deposits by going to the arrow next to the blue View button located at the end of each line entry.
You can select how many entries show per page view by selecting a value in the drop down.
The data can also be printed or exported into an Excel or CSV file.
