Seasons allow you to designate a range of dates as being of a specific season type (eg. Peak or Public Holidays).
They can be used for setting a minimum number of nights (boarding only), or for pricing calculations and deposit requirements.
To manage your Seasons, open the Settings menu in the top navigation and click the Customization link.
Then click Seasons in the left side menu.
Creating Seasons

Name – the name of the season.
- This will show on the invoice line item.
- Start – the start date of the season (inclusive).
- End – the end date of the season (inclusive).

Season Type – select the type of season.
- This can be used in pricing calculations.

Min Nights – the minimum number of nights for bookings (boarding only).
- If this is set, boarding bookings that cross this season range must be at least this number of nights.

Min Nights Charge – the minimum number of nights to charge (boarding only).
- If this is set, boarding bookings that cross this season range will always be charged at least this number of nights.

Min Nights Charge Weekend – the minimum number of nights to charge for weekend bookings (boarding only).
- If this is set, boarding bookings that cross this season range and cross a weekend (Saturday or Sunday) will always be charged at least this number of nights.
