If you have many uninvoiced bookings (eg. daycare), and you wish to invoice an entire week or month in advance, you can use our Bulk Invoice action.
To perform a bulk invoice, open the Customers dropdown in the top menu and click Bulk Invoice.
You can then choose a range of dates and click the blue Search button.
This will show a list of all customers with bookings between the selected dates, including the number of bookings and the total amount to invoice.
If you wish to exclude any customers from invoicing, you can uncheck the box on the left, then click the green Invoice button at the bottom to generate the invoices.
You can also automatically send an invoice email to all the selected customers by clicking the arrow and selecting Invoice & Email.
