Pet Manager has the ability to integrate into Xero Accounting (www.xero.com).
Xero is a cloud-based accounting application. It allows you to perform all the accounting requirements for your business including debtors, creditors and payroll as well as allowing your accountant to access Xero online for end of month or end of period accounting.
Utilizing the Xero addon within Pet Manager, you can synchronize Contacts, Invoices, Payments, Credit Notes and Overpayments to Xero seamlessly. You will never have to double enter information again. It provides accurate, immediate financial information as it is added to Pet Manager.
Once it is setup the sync happens in the background. You simply enter the data in Pet Manager and it flows through to Xero. You can even back-sync your data when you first setup the addon. For example, you may want to import everything up to and including a month ago - simply set the date and Pet Manager does the rest.
