You can send manual SMS messages to clients at any time.
Note: SMS messages require the purchase of SMS credits and are currently not available for US-based accounts.
To send a booking SMS, go to the booking view and click the orange phone icon in the top right.
Booking SMS Fields

Wording – choose a preset wording template for the SMS message.
- Wordings can be adjusted in SMS Settings.
- You can leave this blank and write a custom SMS message.
- To – choose the customer mobile number to send the SMS message.

Body – the body of the SMS message.
- The body can contain placeholders (see below).
Booking SMS Placeholders
Placeholders can be inserted into SMS messages, which will be replaced with the relevant value (eg. customers name, booking ID or checkin date).
To insert a placeholder, click the Placeholder icon at the top of the Body field.
A menu will be shown with the available placeholders.
Simply scroll through the list and click the placeholder you wish to use, and it will be automatically inserted into the body text.
