You can send manual emails to clients at any time.
To send a booking email, go to the booking view and click the orange email icon in the top right.
Booking Email Fields

Wording – choose a preset wording template for the email.
- Wordings can be adjusted in Email Settings.
- You can leave this blank and write a custom email.
- To – choose the customer email address(es) to send the email.

Cc – add any additional email address(es) to send the email.
- Multiple email addresses should be comma separated.

Subject – the subject of the email.
- The subject can contain placeholders (see below).

Body – the body of the email.
- The body can contain placeholders (see below).
- Attach Invoices – enable this if you wish to attach any active invoices to the email.
- Attach Quotes – enable this if you wish to attach any active quotes to the email.
- Attach Statement – enable this if you wish to attach a customer statement to the email.
- Attach Terms – enable this if you wish to attach the terms and conditions to the email.

Documents – select any additional documents you wish to attach.
- Documents can be added in Email Settings.
Booking Email Placeholders
Placeholders can be inserted into the subject or body of emails, which will be replaced with the relevant value (eg. customers name, booking ID or checkin date).
To insert a placeholder, click the Placeholder icon at the top of the Body field.
A menu will be shown with the available placeholders.
Simply scroll through the list and click the placeholder you wish to use, and it will be automatically inserted into the body text.
