Adding Hydrotherapy (Session) - Group Hydrotherapy Bookings

Hydrotherapy session bookings are when one or more pets will be attending a group hydrotherapy session at your facility at a fixed time.

They require each session to have available capacity.

Note: Customers can also request bookings online if you are using the customer portal.

Hydrotherapy Session Fields

• Customer – select the customer you are making the booking for.
  • You can also create a new customer by clicking the blue plus icon.
• Location – select the location for the new booking (multi-location accounts only).

Hydrotherapy Sessions

• Area – select the area to use for the booking.
• Hydrotherapy Session – select the hydrotherapy session to use for the booking.
  • Hydrotherapy sessions can be created in “Courses, Sessions & Services” in the Settings menu.
• Pets – select the pet(s) that will be attending the session.
  • You can also create a new pet by clicking the blue “Add New Pet” button.

If you wish to add additional sessions to the booking, you can click the green “Add Session” button at the bottom of the panel.
