Adding Walking (Session) - Group Walk Bookings

Walking session bookings are when one or more pets will be attending a group walking session at a fixed time.

They require each session to have available capacity.

Note: Customers can also request bookings online if you are using the customer portal.

Walking Session Fields

• Customer – select the customer you are making the booking for.
  • You can also create a new customer by clicking the blue plus icon.
• Location – select the location for the new booking (multi-location accounts only).

Walking Sessions

• Area – select the area to use for the booking.
• Walking Session – select the walking session to use for the booking.
  • Walking sessions can be created in “Courses, Sessions & Services” in the Settings menu.
• Pets – select the pet(s) that will be attending the session.
  • You can also create a new pet by clicking the blue “Add New Pet” button.

If you wish to add additional sessions to the booking, you can click the green “Add Session” button at the bottom of the panel.
