Processing a Tyro Payment

Once you have connected your terminal and enabled Tyro POS payments, you will see a new button when recording a payment in Pet Manager.

There is a Tyro Payment button that will launch the Tyro payment form.

Clicking that button brings up the form below where you can send the amount to your connected terminal. Information shown on the terminal during the transaction will also be displayed here.

Once the payment has been taken on the terminal, it will be instantly recorded in Pet Manager.

Tyro Refunds

Refunds are processed in exactly the same way as regular payments. The difference is that Tyro refunds can only be made up to amount of original Tyro payments (you can’t take a payment via cash and then refund it using Tyro).

The maximum Tyro refund amount will be displayed when making a refund.
