Automated Emails
When Pet Manager receives a payment through the Stripe Online Payment integration, the Pet Resort and the customer can automatically receive an email that the payment was successful. To turn on the customer notification go to
...and turn on the setting shown below.
The notification emails to your Pet Resort are sent to the Accounts email if that is setup in Settings > Main > General, otherwise it sends to the general bookings email.
Customer Email
Your customer will receive an email similar to below with the invoice showing the payment attached.
Pet Resort Email
You will receive an email similar to below with links to login to Stripe and view the associated booking in Pet Manager.
Payouts Email
When a payout is initiated from Stripe to your bank account, Pet Manager sends you a notification email similar to below.
Setting up the Email Template
There is a new email template for Stripe Booking Payment Received in
Settings > Email & Sms
then
and
Scroll Down to the Stripe Booking Payment Received Email.
You can edit the template to suit your needs.
