Select Email account for Stripe emails
You may wish to receive accounts emails (Stripe and Xero) to a different email address to your bookings emails. You can now select an accounts email in Settings > Main
then in the
section, enter a value into the Account Email field.
If you do not enter anything in this field, the system will utilise the bookings email address for all notifications.
Connecting to Stripe
To enable Stripe Online Payments first go to Settings > Integrations
Then if you haven't already, click the "Stripe" button as shown below to go to the section where you connect Stripe.
This will take you to the Stripe (Online Payments) Section
Press the Connect button to connect to a Stripe account. if you are already connected you will see a disconnect button and the status of connected.
You will be taken directly to Stripe where you have two options. If you already a have a Stripe account, use the
button in the top-right of the page to login to your account.
If you require a new Stripe account, then fill out the form to Activate your new account.
The way it works is that you have your own Stripe account that is connected to Pet Manager so we can take payments into your account. You control where the money goes after that - nominating a bank account for transfers.
Once you have logged in or have entered your details for a new account, you need to Authorize Access for Pet Manager. Click the Authorize access to this account button.
Stripe will now be connected as shown by the Status and you will be able to continue with the setup process. If you wish to disconnect in the future you can click the disconnect button.
