Purchasing Credits

You must have a valid subscription for Pet Manager in order to purchase SMS credits and send SMSs through Pet Manager. If you are still on the trial version then you will need to input your credit card details and subscribe to one of the subscription levels that suits your needs.

If you are already a subcriber and wish to purchase credits go to Settings > Account/Billing and click on "SMS Package" on the right. You must have credits in order for SMSs to go out of your account. If you don't have any credits the SMSs you try to send with fail so it is important to keep them topped up.

Select from the various options for SMS "Packs". The more you spend, the cheaper the SMSs become. After clicking "Purchase" on the Pack you wish to purchase and then confirming when the next dialogue box appears, your credit card on file with the payment processor will be billed the amount shown and your SMSs credits will immediately update.

Viewing your Number of Credits Remaining

In the SMS Package section (as shown above) you can see how many credits you have remaining. Remember - you can set a low credit warning email in the settings.

You can also see how many credits you have remaining from any screen in the program with the new "SMS Credits" nav widget at the top of the page. This figure will update throughout the day as SMSs are sent and the balance goes down, or when you purchase another SMS Pack and the balance goes up.
