SMS Logs show you the status of every SMS that is sent through Pet Manager. Whether the SMS was sent automatically or manually doesn't matter, they all appear in the "Logs" tab under the view customer and view booking screens.
When a message is first sent through the system it is queued up to send on the next run which will be in a maximum of 7 minutes. When an SMS is first sent it is shown as "unprocessed" with a status of "ready" and shows the message with the placeholders still in it.
Once the message has been sent, it will change to a status of "complete" and the message that was sent will appear in the log with the placeholders replaced.
You can view the SMS details at any time by pressing the "view" button. This is especially helpful if the message send has failed as it will provide more information on why it failed.
Please note that this log also shows logs of emails that have been sent to this customer. You can filter out to just show SMS by pressing the green "SMS" button in the top right of the "Logs" tab.
