Bookings - Accept Terms & Conditions on Booking

You can now flag that a customer has accepted the Terms and Conditions of Booking when Adding a New Booking. Previously in order for the system to note that Terms and Conditions had been accepted, you had to go to the Print T&C screen. Now you can simply check the checkbox as part of the booking.
